Position: Quality Controller (Garment Industry)
Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
Experience: 1–5 Years (Garment Manufacturing Preferred)
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma in Textile, Garment Technology, or relevant field
Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu
Salary: Based on Experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure that all garments meet the company’s quality standards before dispatch. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of garment quality parameters, inspection procedures, and defect identification.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of garment quality standards and inspection methods.
• Ability to identify stitching, fabric, measurement, and finishing defects.
• Basic understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
• Attention to detail and strong observation skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under production deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in knitted garment manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of AQL inspection methods is an added advantage.
• Experience in men’s, women’s, and kids’ innerwear quality inspection is preferred.
